Delete Account

You can request deletion of your FixMy Bed Control app account and associated customer data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Email us from the address on your app account and include the phrase "Delete my FixMy Bed Control account" in the subject line.

Request Account Deletion

If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.

What We Delete

When your request is verified, we delete or de-identify app account data, customer profile data, connected bed settings, stored bed telemetry, biometric records where applicable, and app authentication data associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, tax, accounting, warranty, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. Complex requests or legally required retention checks may take longer.
