These Terms of Service govern your use of FixMySleepNumberBed.com, the FixMy Bed Control mobile app, and related account, pressure control, maintenance, telemetry, billing-status, and support services.

Service Description

The service provides tools for supported connected beds, including bed status, pressure control, pressure maintenance or leak-fix support, account tools, and optional telemetry views. Features depend on your account status, bed model, credentials, network availability, subscription status, and third-party service availability.

Accounts and Authorized Use

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login information confidential, and using the service only with beds and accounts you are authorized to access. You authorize us to use credentials you provide solely to connect to supported bed services and deliver requested features.

Mobile App and Existing Customers

The mobile app is intended for existing customers. Account setup, subscription setup, upgrades, cancellations, and payment management are handled on the website through a browser, not through in-app purchases or in-app checkout.

Subscriptions

Access to paid features may depend on subscription status recorded by our backend systems. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing details are handled through the website and payment processor used at the time of purchase.

No Medical or Emergency Use

The service is not medical advice, a medical device, an emergency service, or a substitute for professional advice. Telemetry is informational only. Do not rely on the service for diagnosis, treatment, urgent safety needs, or critical bed operation.
