This Privacy Policy explains how FixMySleepNumberBed.com and the FixMy Bed Control mobile app collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, sign in to the mobile app, connect supported bed credentials, use pressure control or maintenance features, view telemetry, or manage your account.
Information We Collect
We may collect account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, address details if provided, account identifiers, selected bed names/models, connected bed account identifiers, service settings, subscription status, and support messages.
If you provide credentials for a supported bed account, we use those credentials to connect to that account and deliver the requested control, maintenance, and telemetry features. Credentials are used only to operate the service you requested.
If telemetry or biometric-related features are available and you consent to them, we may process sleep and wellness telemetry made available through supported connected services, such as sleep score, heart rate, respiration rate, HRV, presence/occupancy, side-of-bed indicators, and related dates. You may revoke consent and request deletion of biometric data from within the app or by contacting us.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, operate the website and app, connect to supported bed services, perform pressure control and maintenance actions, display status and telemetry, provide account recovery, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and show subscription/account status.
Payments and Subscriptions
The Android app does not collect payment card information, does not process in-app purchases, and does not provide in-app checkout links. Subscription setup, upgrades, cancellation, and payment management are handled on our website through a browser and our payment processor. We may store payment processor customer or subscription identifiers so the website and app can show account status.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate and support the service, such as with hosting, database, email, payment processing, customer support, security, analytics/diagnostics, and supported bed-connectivity providers, or when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, credential-protection practices, operational monitoring, and limited data access to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce unnecessary collection, retention, and exposure.
Your Choices and Deletion
You may update account information in the app or website where available. You may request account deletion or deletion of associated data at /delete-account.html. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Relationship to Third Parties
FixMySleepNumberBed.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleep Number Corporation. Sleep Number and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
